About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a seasoned and thoughtful Senior Insights & Intelligence Analyst to help us unlock the power of consumer data. Our insights and intelligence practice is central to how we deliver world-class experiences—and you’ll be at the heart of it.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Crafting deep insights using qualitative and scaled research methods, tailored for audiences from operations to the C-suite
* Bringing data together by integrating qualitative feedback with quantitative analysis in collaboration with data teams
* Measuring impact through frameworks that link consumer insights to commercial outcomes
* Telling compelling stories that translate complex datasets into strategic narratives
* Embedding insights into product development and strategic initiatives across departments
* Championing consumer intelligence across Marketing, Product, Finance, and beyond
* Designing immersive learning experiences and workshops that bring insights to life
* Reimagining processes using evidence and data to drive continuous improvement
* Defining performance KPIs like CES, CSAT, FCR, CPC, and more
* Working flexibly in a hybrid model—on-site when needed, remote when possible
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who blends analytical depth with business acumen—ideally with experience in Consumer Care or the CPG sector.
* Proven experience as an Insights Analyst or similar consumer-focused role
* Mastery of Voice Of the Customer
* —you know how to unpack human feedback and workflow data
* Mixed-method research expertise, from planning to execution
* Comfort with big data—structured, unstructured, and everything in between
* Strategic storytelling that turns ambiguity into clarity
* Dashboard development and performance metrics that drive decisions
* Power BI proficiency and alternative storytelling tools
* Excel and Azure skills for data manipulation and platform familiarity
* Critical thinking and problem-solving that fuel insight synthesis
* Strong collaboration across cross‑functional teams
* Privacy‑aware with knowledge of data protection regulations
* Bonus: Experience with Salesforce Cloud Analytics and basic programming (SQL or Python)
