✨ About the Role
As a Live‑In Carer, you will move into the client’s home and provide continuous support based on their individual needs. Responsibilities may include:
* Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Preparing meals and managing dietary needs
* Medication prompts or administration (depending on training)
* Light household duties, cleaning, and laundry
* Mobility assistance and safe moving & handling
* Companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
* Supporting clients with dementia, physical disabilities, or long‑term conditions
* Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns promptly
Every care package is personalised, and you will receive a full handover before starting with a new client.
We welcome carers of all backgrounds who have a passion for supporting others. The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous care experience (desirable but not essential — full training provided)
* A caring, patient, and empathetic approach
* Ability to manage daily tasks independently
* Willingness to live away from home during placements
* Right to work in the UK
Car drivers are welcome but not essential.
