Receptionist - Mews House Mayfair, Central London
Join Soho House & Co as a Receptionist at Mews House Mayfair, one of our premier London locations. You will serve our members from the reception desk, handle administrative duties, host guests in our restaurant and rooftop, and manage guestlist responsibilities.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for being knowledgeable on all aspects of the property, its neighbourhood and fostering the “home away from home” feeling when members enter the building.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the front desk for guests, answering calls and providing information.
* Handle basic administrative duties such as data entry and supplies management.
* Host and greet members in the restaurant and rooftop areas.
* Assist with guestlist operations and event coordination.
* Maintain knowledge of the property and local area to assist members.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless experience for members.
Qualifications and Experience
* 1–2 years’ experience in a busy commercial reception desk.
* Team player who communicates well with all colleagues.
* Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
* Sense of urgency and high attention to detail.
* Strong multitasking ability and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
* Passion for food and beverage.

* Mon–Wed: 8 am to 12:30 am.
* Thu–Sat: 8 am to 1:30 am.
* Sun: 10 am to 11:30 pm.
