Chef Manager – Vegan Café | Central London

We're looking for a passionate and hands-on Chef Manager to lead the kitchen at our buzzing plant-based café in the heart of central London.
This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a vibrant, fast-paced site with a loyal customer base and a strong ethical focus. The ideal candidate will bring energy, creativity, and the ability to lead a small team with confidence.
What You'll Do:
* Lead kitchen operations day-to-day: from prep to service
* Create fresh, seasonal, plant-based menus
* Manage ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships
* Uphold food safety, allergen and hygiene standards
* Train and motivate a small, friendly team
* Work closely with the café manager to keep service running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
* Experience as a Chef Manager, Sous Chef, or Senior Chef in a café or casual dining setting
* Passion for vegan cooking (you don't have to be vegan, just love the food)
* Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
* Confident managing food costs and kitchen systems
* Reliable, calm under pressure, and a great communicator
Location: Central London
Hours: Full-time, Mostly 8am-6pm
Salary: 35k-40K
Right to work: Must already be eligible to work in the UK
