We’re working with a well-established UK business who are looking to add an ERP Support – Data & Reporting professional to their operations team. Experience with Epicor BisTrack is essential for this role. This is a hands-on position focused on keeping ERP, reporting, and operational data systems running smoothly day to day. You’ll work closely with operational users to ensure systems are reliable, accurate, and support the wider business effectively.
What you’ll be doing
1. Maintaining and supporting existing reporting and data extraction systems
2. Writing, developing and maintaining SQL queries and stored procedures
3. Supporting and maintaining Crystal Reports
4. Administering Epicor BisTrack (users, permissions, printers and system configuration)
5. Investigating and resolving ERP, reporting and data issues as they arise
6. Supporting users with day-to-day queries and troubleshooting
7. Understanding how systems and operational processes work in practice
8. Supporting upgrades, integrations and small improvement projects
9. Keeping system documentation up to date
10. Identifying opportunities to improve system reliability and usability
What we’re looking for
11. Strong SQL skills, including queries and stored procedures
12. Hands-on experience with Epicor BisTrack ERP (essential)
13. Experience working with Crystal Reports
14. Previous experience in ERP or operational system support
15. A logical, hands-on approach to problem solving
16. Comfortable supporting non-technical users
17. Able to quickly understand systems and how they connect
18. Good attention to detail and a steady, methodical working style
