The role We are working with a well-structured, inclusive 11–19 secondary school to recruit a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support pupils across KS3–KS5. The school has clear behaviour expectations, strong pastoral support and a commitment to helping all pupils access a broad, ambitious curriculum. You will work closely with teachers and SEN/pastoral teams to provide classroom support, targeted interventions, and help pupils build confidence and independence.
