This role will require electrical maintenance of all office, warehouse, and associated facilities and will need a basic mechanical knowledge.
The company is over 80 years old, employ over 200 staff in the UK and 10,000+ worldwide. They are seen as an employer of choice and provide on-site training at their purpose-built facility.
This is a role working as a key member of the facilities management team. You will work 8am to 4:30pm, Mon-Fri on-site.
The role:
* Ensure all office, factory and associated facilities are always maintained to the highest possible standards
* Ensure building infrastructure and fabric are robustly protected and cared for, including the operation ancillary equipment
* Liaise with facilities contractors
* Supervisory of Apprentices team
The person:
* IEE qualification up to 18th edition wiring regulations.
* Experience working with electrical maintenance
