Our client an award-winning, fast-paced and ambitious agency in St Albans are looking for a PA/Office Manager to join their growing team. They will consider full time hours or a 4 day week.
This is a fantastic opportunity that will see you play a pivotal role in managing the smooth running of their studio, being responsible for the day to day operations, finances and the team.
The role requires a combination of strong communication skills, attention to detail, solutions to problems and a passion for making things happen!

Key responsibilities:
* Studio support
Maintaining diaries, action lists and sign offs for the Founder and SLT, including both agency and non-agency responsibilities and supporting on client projects where necessary. Being the first point of contact for all internal (holiday requests, sickness, quarterly reviews, etc) and external requirements (accountant, studio maintenance, IT, etc) as well as supporting recruitment, general HR and studio activities (for example, team socials).
* Business communication and finances
Managing invoices, PO’s, freelancers, merchandise and contractors, including credit control and cashflow. Aligning with SLT on new pitches and opportunities, keeping on top of sign off and being the first point of contact for any accounts queries.
* Process
Adhering to and implementing new processes and ensuring that on a day-to-day basis things are in order across all touchpoints. Organised, aware, conscientious and proactive. To sum it up – a finger in every studio pie!
What the employer is looking for:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative support role
* Proficiency in project management tools, accountancy tools, Google workspace, Microsoft Office Suite
* Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements proactively and positively
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High level of discretion and confidentiality
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to anticipate the needs of senior leaders
* Knowledge or interest in graphic design or the creative industries is desirable
