Job Description:
A leading insurance company is looking to hire an Interim Assistant Company Secretary. This role will assist the Head of Legal with company secretarial and corporate governance matters.
Role responsibilities
1. Organising and maintaining agendas and collecting, organising, and distributing meeting papers, including producing minutes and action points.
2. Handling all company secretarial work, including services to clients, FCA/PRA filings, and other relevant submissions.
3. Assisting with the development and maintenance of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, and monitoring adherence to these procedures.
Requirements
1. Qualified Company Secretary/Governance Professional or England & Wales qualified Solicitor.
2. Experience with company secretarial procedures, statutory requirements, filings, amendments to articles of association, share capital reorganisations, and share transactions.
3. Extensive experience in minute taking and producing minutes in complex environments.
4. Experience in reviewing contracts.
