Join to apply for the Plant Operative role at FM Conway Ltd. FM Conway are searching for an enthusiastic Plant Operative to join us at our Theale Asphalt Plant. Working a mixture of day and night shifts, you will join us on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
* Operate the plant and associated equipment to facilitate production of materials for customer needs.
* Operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner that complies with FMC procedures.
* Load material onto vehicles.
* Undertake all loading shovel operations as required.
* Operate all weighbridge functions as required.
* Follow site Health & Safety procedures.
* Contribute to the overall well-being and profitability of the site and the business.
What skills and experience do you need?
* Team player with good communication skills.
* Full UK driving license.
* Flexible, computer literate and health and safety conscious.
* Previous experience within a similar role is desirable.
