Key Responsibilities: • Teach engaging and effective lessons across KS2 classes in the absence of the regular class teacher, following school schemes of work and planning. • Maintain a positive and structured learning environment with clear expectations for behaviour and learning. • Support formative assessment by observing pupil progress, marking work where needed, and feeding back to class teachers. • Participate in school life beyond the classroom, including assemblies, trips, themed weeks, and other enrichment activities.
