Our client is a rapidly growing personal care brand taking the industry by storm, globally.
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support on their brands social media pages, with a passion monitoring emerging global trends.
Key Responsibilities:
* Track market innovations, textures, and ingredient trends across personal care categories using tools like Mintel and WGSN.
* Conduct competitive analysis and synthesize data into reports to support concept development.
* Contribute to digital marketing material production, including presentations, trend overviews, and launch support decks.
* Assist with social media scheduling and content planning for brand channels.
* Manage development timelines, product data, and ingredient records using internal systems.
* Liaise with creative and content teams to support visual asset generation.
Requirements:
* 1–2 years’ experience in Marketing or NPD within beauty, cosmetics or personal care
* Skilled in market trend analysis and competitor tracking.
* Understanding of product development workflows, from concept to launch.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and familiar with trend forecasting platforms.
