At MSV Housing we’re committed to making sure our customers have good quality safe homes and our Wellbeing Assistant is key to making this happen. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our established team. Reporting to our Wellbeing Manager, our Wellbeing Assistant provide day to day admin and support, for the Wellbeing and Tenancy Sustainment Team in collaboration with teams across MSV and also with external agencies. In addition, we are looking for candidates that have a passion to advocate on behalf of people and communities.
Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support tenancy sustainment and wellbeing.
* Log and manage customer cases, ensuring tailored support and accurate record-keeping.
* Collaborate across departments to enhance customer experience and uphold service standards.
* Maintain accurate communications, including sending relevant letters and leaflets.
* Ensure services and budgets are delivered within organisational guidelines.
Qualifications
* Good standard of education with minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C or above including Maths and English.
* Ability to manage a demanding workload.
* Empathy and passion for working with vulnerable people.
* Skilled with Microsoft packages.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner.
* Customer focused and a desire to provide services to a high standard.
