Leading transport and infrastructure business is seeking a Commercial Counsel for an interim period while replacing an outgoing team member. The contract duration depends on the recruitment process but is currently estimated at a minimum of 3 months. This role offers a hybrid working model, requiring 3 days per week in the Central London office. Availability to start by mid-June is essential.
The role involves working within a small team, offering diverse responsibilities daily. You will handle a wide range of commercial contracts, including services, sales, distribution, technology, and IP. Additionally, advisory input on construction, company secretarial, regulatory, and financing matters will be required.
The client prefers candidates with at least 8 years of PQE, but applications from all levels will be considered based on merit. Extensive experience in drafting contracts and providing legal advice, ideally in regulated sectors such as utilities, infrastructure, transport, or construction, is highly desirable.
