What We’re Looking For A proactive, enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in event sales or a similar role. Knowledge of the events industry and its networks. The Role As Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving new business and nurturing existing relationships across corporate and agency markets. You’ll actively promote ICC Wales facilities, manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to post-event debrief, and represent ICC Wales at networking events, exhibitions, and client showcases. Your responsibilities will include: Developing new and repeat business to meet personal and team targets. Building strong relationships with clients and industry partners. Leading bids and tenders with professionalism and creativity. Attending industry events and networking opportunities to promote ICC Wales.
