We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Consultant with expertise in Fire Safety and Estates to join one of our key clients based in London. This is an interim position looking at 3-6 months.
Responsibilities:
Fire Safety Management:
* Conduct fire risk assessments for a diverse range of properties and facilities.
* Develop and implement fire safety management plans in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
* Advise clients on the installation and maintenance of fire safety systems and equipment.
Estates Safety:
* Assess and analyse safety protocols within estates and facilities.
* Develop and implement health and safety policies specific to estates and properties.
* Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards.
Regulatory Compliance:
* Stay abreast of relevant health and safety regulations, codes, and standards.
* Ensure that clients are compliant with all applicable health and safety laws.
* Provide guidance on legal obligations related to fire safety and estates.
Training and Education:
* Deliver training sessions to clients' staff on fire safety and estates management.
* Develop educational materials and resources to enhance awareness and understanding of safety protocols.
