As an Accounts Receivable Team Leader based in Bolton, you will be responsible for guiding a team of specialists through the full Order to Cash cycle. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing workloads, conducting performance reviews, monitoring processes for accuracy, overseeing reporting duties, reconciling financial transactions, and identifying ways to improve procedures. You will also act as a point of contact for escalated queries from customers or partners, offering considerate support while collaborating closely with operational teams across the business.
Manage, train, and develop a dedicated team of Accounts Receivable Specialists, ensuring they complete all processes accurately and efficiently within set timelines.
