Hours: Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm

My client is looking for someone to work for one of the UK's leading FM companies in a Commercial setting.
A salary up to 43k with the opportunity to boost your earnings with overtime. My client is currently looking for a Building Service Engineer covering all electrical building maintenance.
Responsibilities
* Emergency lighting testing, BMS, plumbing, heat exchangers, water treatment, AHU's, pumps, FCU's, VAV's, VRV's, splits and general air conditioning.
* Electrical fault finding, mechanical maintenance, single and three phase power, motors.
Qualifications Required
* City and Guilds level 3 in electrical installations as a minimum.
* 18th Edition.
