Duties:
9. Lead, motivate, and develop the Service Reception team to deliver outstanding customer service
10. Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including appointment scheduling and customer check-ins
11. Manage the customer journey from arrival to handover, ensuring a seamless process
12. Act as the main point of contact for resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently
13. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics, including NPS and manufacturer scores
14. Support Service Advisors in achieving performance targets, including upselling and retention
15. Coordinate with workshop and parts departments to facilitate smooth service delivery
16. Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
17. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Requirments:
18. Proven experience in service reception management or a customer-facing leadership role within the automotive trade
19. Strong leadership and team management skills
20. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
21. Ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism and tact
22. Drive to improve processes and develop team members
23. Knowledge of industry KPIs such as customer satisfaction scores and upselling targets
24. Organisation skills to manage appointment flow and operational duties effectively
