The hours
Were flexible. Were open to 2 to 3 days a week or 5 days 10am to 3pm whatever works for the right person. If its somewhere in between, lets talk. Wed rather find the right fit than stick rigidly to a format.
Office based Southport.
What youll be doing
Youll be advertising vacancies, sourcing candidates and telephone interviewing applicants for logistics roles, primarily Class 1 and Class 2 HGV drivers and warehouse staff. Once youve found the right people youll get them through compliance documents, checks, references and make sure theyre ready to work.
Its busy, phone-heavy and youll need to stay on top of multiple candidates at once.
What we need from you
Experience working in the logistics industry, you need to understand the roles youre recruiting for
Confident on the phone, this is a people job, not a desk job
Good computer skills, youll be working across multiple systems
Organised, thorough and able to follow things through to completion
A team player, were a small, close-knit team of 10 and everyone pulls in the same direction
