Your Role & Impact
As an Account Director, you will be the central point of leadership for both your clients and your team. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Building and nurturing strong, trusted partnerships with our clients, acting as their strategic advisor.
* Developing and executing effective go‑to‑market and account growth strategies.
* Leading, motivating, and mentoring a talented account management team to deliver outstanding work.
* Leveraging market insights and data to inform strategies and demonstrate ROI to clients.
* Managing project budgets and resources effectively to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
* Identifying new opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contributing to new business efforts.
* Contributing and being part of a Whole Caboodle growth marketing strategy.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager.
* Marketing agency experience is essential – knowledge of the automotive industry is a bonus.
* A track record of building strong client relationships and successfully growing accounts.
* Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
* Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and forecasting.
* A strategic thinker with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
* The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple deadlines with ease.
* A full UK driving licence is required.
* A competitive salary of £45,000 per year + commission.
* A permanent, full‑time position within a supportive and ambitious team.
* A total of 32 days holiday per annum – 20 days holiday plus Christmas shutdown, bank holidays and a day off for your birthday.
