Your role:
As a CPD Coordinator, you will play a key role within the Professional Standards Team. Your primary responsibility will be to review CPD submissions from qualified CII and PFS members, request additional details where needed, and ensure accurate data logging using CRM tools. You will inform members of their compliance status and escalate issues when necessary.
This is a detail-driven administrative role requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and confidence in navigating systems. You will prioritise a busy workload, meet deadlines, and follow established procedures while exercising sound judgment and escalating concerns appropriately. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and previous experience in administration or data entry will support your success.
Collaboration is central to this role, you’ll work closely with your team and colleagues across departments, contributing to projects and delivering actions aligned with strategic priorities. You’ll build strong internal relationships, communicate clearly, and always maintain professionalism. This position offers exposure to the insurance and financial planning professions, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your skills.
