Training Support Administrator
Location: Helensburgh, Argyll and Bute

As a Training Support Administrator, you will be at the centre of training operations, ensuring trainee records, course schedules and documentation are accurate, compliant and ready when needed. Your work will directly support contractual commitments, operational readiness and Babcock’s reputation for excellence.
Day to day responsibilities
* Maintain accurate trainee records and update training data systems
* Coordinate course schedules, bookings and amendments to meet programme timelines
* Provide front‑of‑house support, welcoming trainees and visitors while following safety and security requirements
* Manage documentation, training materials and configuration‑controlled records
* Support assessments, reporting and general administration that keeps training delivery running smoothly
Essential experience and skills
* Previous experience in an administrative or office‑based role
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage accurate records
* Confident use of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Experience working with databases or information management systems
* Experience working in a busy and dynamic office environment
Qualifications

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) clearance.
