Operations Senior Manager – KPMG UK
Location: Remote, with potential visits to KPMG offices across the UK.

Summary of Role Purpose
You will work closely with the Director and audit teams to support the learning transformation journey. Your accountabilities include supervising a small team, delivering change initiatives, and ensuring learning processes align with regulatory obligations.
Responsibilities
* Ensure seamless transition from current processes to new deployment methods.
* Develop and execute change plans to maintain service continuity.
* Lead implementation of process improvements.
* Support learning controls and policies to meet internal and external regulatory obligations (ISQM1, QC1000, FRC reporting).
* Align Future of Audit Learning project with Spark, Space to Learn, Learning Management System and CPD requirements.
* Manage and coach a team of Manager and Assistant Manager.
* Collaborate cross‑pillar to maintain alignment.
* Use business relationships to innovate technology‑enabled process efficiencies.
* Work with Learning Enablement, Design, and Learning Services teams to deploy and monitor learning solutions.
* Report and monitor CPD completion to support transformation.
Qualifications
* Essential: 5+ years of operational deployment, enablement and technology‑led experience at Manager level.
* Essential: Proven transformational project experience at Senior Manager level.
* Essential: Project management experience with change management skills.
* Essential: Recent experience managing large transformation projects with technology.
* Essential: IT literate with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Experience in human resources development, organisational design, diversity and accessibility.
* Strong understanding of business risk management, particularly in learning and development operations (ISQM1, QC1000).
* Understanding of LMS systems and best practice around deployment and monitoring.
* Strong stakeholder management abilities.
