Were looking for an Event Manager to join a dynamic team supporting corporate events across Southampton and the surrounding area. This is a hands‑on role where youll organise equipment, manage logistics, and lead event delivery from warehouse preparation through to on‑site set‑up and pack down.
Based near Southampton, this opportunity offers variety, travel, and the chance to be part of a company delivering professional corporate events for businesses across the region, including nearby Portsmouth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of event logistics and delivery.
* Organise the warehouse, stock levels and event equipment.
* Carry out regular stocktaking and ensure equipment is maintained in good working order.
* Pack equipment and transport it to venues using company vans.
* Lead event set‑up and manage operations on‑site.
* Supervise a small team during live events.
* Oversee efficient pack down and safe return of equipment.
* Support corporate event delivery across the region, including occasional work near Portsmouth.
What were looking for:
To succeed as an Event Manager in Southampton, strong organisation and a hands‑on approach are key.
* Experience supporting or managing corporate event operations.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Comfortable with warehouse organisation and stock control.
* Full UK driving licence and confidence driving company vans.
* Ability to manage a small team during live event delivery.
* Comfortable with physical work including lifting and event set‑up.
* Positive attitude and willingness to travel when required.
