Are you an experienced NC Programmer looking to step into a fast-paced, technically engaging environment? You'll play a hands-on role in ensuring production flow, solving problems lineside, and developing highly technical NC programs that directly support live build activity. What You'll Be Doing
* Providing expert lineside support within a high-volume aerospace manufacturing station.
* Creating, validating and optimising NC programs in accordance with engineering and manufacturing requirements.
* Performing numerical simulations, supporting jigs & tool specifications, and integrating programs into DNC systems.
* Collaborating with Production, Quality and Work Prep during demonstration and validation stages.
* Driving continuous improvement to reduce cycle times and improve efficiency.
What You'll Bring
* NVQ Level 4 / HNC or equivalent qualification.
* Background in Manufacturing Engineering or NC Programming.
* Experience using CATIA and SAP (highly desirable).
* Understanding of aircraft manufacturing processes (beneficial).
* A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and ability to work effectively onsite.
