About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Autism Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school environment.
This is a full-time role with an immediate start, working across both primary and secondary phases with students aged 5 to 16.
Your role will involve providing tailored support to help learners engage in their education and achieve their full potential.

What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 6 months of childcare experience, ideally supporting children with additional needs
* A patient, empathetic, and positive approach to learning support
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff
* Full UK driving licence – due to the rural location, driving is essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
