What does a X do at Hillingdon?
You will also be responding to written and telephone enquiries and meet with residents face to face. Preparing accurate reports and statements, action credit notes and refunds; deal with invoice queries from clients whilst maintaining the database and monitoring progress to ensure all information is up to date and communicated to Principal Officers and Managers.
About you
Ideally the successful candidates will have previous experience of working in a financial environment which included experience of administration and debt recovery work.
Suitable candidates will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work towards deadlines. You will have demonstrated the capacity to communicate, both verbally and written, with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external in respect of debt recovery and credit control.
Knowledge of the Care Act 2014 is desirable.
You will have working knowledge of a range of Microsoft software and financial packages as well as the understanding and application of legislation as required by this role.
