FULL TIME Highly Experienced Bathroom Installer and Plumber (possible Heating Engineer) required to join a local established building company in Seaford.
Qualities required:
Reliability, politeness and courtesy are essential.
You would be highly skilled in your trade with high levels of quality and finish.
Conscientious and dedicated to the welfare of our team and clients.
We encourage team building, with a friendly, but very professional approach and attitude.
Very good organisation and people skills are essential.
You will have the full support from our team of skilled tradesmen, labourers, electricians, plumbers, plasterers, constructors and decorators.
Specific skills required: be skilled in all aspects of plumbing, tiling, flooring, basic carpentry, wall panelling, installation.
From bathrooms to kitchens, central heating pipework, radiators and general plumbing.
Able to work on your own initiative and to be able to schedule your projects ensuring a smooth running project for our customers.
Often you would be working to time frames, schedules and profit margins.
We will supply a van (your own tools are required).
Local person to Seaford area preferred but not essential.
You will be self employed and will be paid according to your skill level and quality of your workmanship.
Price work, day rate with project bonuses makes this position very attractive.
