Opening and closing files, maintaining case management systems and ensuring accurate record keeping. Carrying out office administration and supporting the Conveyancing team functions. Handling incoming calls, emails, and post, ensuring prompt and professional communication. What we’re looking for: Previous experience as a legal secretary or administrator preferable but not essential as full training will be provided. Excellent organisation and time management abilities to enable you to plan and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner. Competent in the use of Microsoft Office. High level of discretion and confidentiality. A friendly, professional, and team-oriented approach. Familiarity with diary management and supporting senior professionals. Be client focused and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills – our clients are very important to us. Knowledge of the conveyancing process would be an advantage (including personal experience) but is not essential.
