Xpert Resourcing are working with a well established firm of Accountants who are looking to add to their talented team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in an Accountancy firm and understand accounting practices and procedures.
You will be working closely with companies and other senior members of the firm.
Duties will include:
* Managing and maintaining companies accounts and relationships.
* Preparing VAT returns for submission.
* Accounts preparation for clients.
* Produce monthly accounts where applicable.
* Assist with payroll duties.
* Analysing company profit and loss and making recommendations where necessary.
* Utilise accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage and Xero for efficient financial management.
* Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to guide financial planning.
* Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency.
Experience / skills required:
1. Proven experience as an Assistant Accountant or in a similar role within practice.
