Are you a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record in managing high-performing telesales teams remotely? We’re looking for an ambitious Telemarketing Team Manager to take charge of a growing team of appointment setters, driving performance, quality, and results for our field sales force.

Responsibilities for our Telemarketing Team Manager:
5. Manage, coach and develop a team of circa 20-25 Telemarketing Advisors.
6. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
7. Monitor productivity and drive KPIs to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality leads
8. Ensure the quality and qualification of all appointments set for field sales reps.
9. Conduct regular 1-2-1 coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing performance reviews.
10. Collaborate closely with internal teams to support a seamless sales process and outstanding customer experience.
Requirements for our Telemarketing Team Manager:
11. A motivated and target-driven leader with a passion for sales success
12. Demonstrable experience managing remote telesales/telemarketing teams in a high-paced environment.
13. A strong track record of exceeding team sales targets and driving performance through coaching.
14. Commercially astute with a strategic approach to planning and pipeline development.
15. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and influence teams.
16. Experience in Payment Solutions is advantageous, but not essential.
17. An energetic and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for team development and results.
