Location & Working Hours
Based: Hybrid working – initially during probationary period you will be required to work 3 days in the office at Memorial House in Coalville with 2 days working from home. Following the 6-month probationary period this will then change to an average of 2 days in the office at Memorial House in Coalville with an average of 3 days working from home.
Hours: 35 hours per week working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm to be agreed with line manager.
Salary: £39,453 - £43,837 gross per annum (ICT RFJ 6)
The Role
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our growing ICT Team as an Implementation Analyst. In this role, you will lead the successful deployment of technology solutions and process improvements in the social housing sector. The role focuses on supporting the implementation of new systems as per the portfolio, ensuring that they meet the needs of tenants, staff, and the broader organisation. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, manage data migration, user training and ensure seamless integration with existing processes to drive operational efficiency and enhance tenant services.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead the deployment of technology solutions across the organisation.
 * Develop and maintain system integration plans and support data migration activities.
 * Provide user training, documentation and post‑implementation support.
 * Collaborate with stakeholder teams to optimise processes and deliver operational improvements.
 * Monitor and report on integration performance and user adoption.
Ideal Candidate
As an Implementation Analyst, you will be at the forefront of deploying new systems and process improvements across our organisation. From configuring housing management software and tenant portals to ensuring seamless system integration and staff training, you will help us enhance operational efficiency and deliver better outcomes for the communities we serve. This is a collaborative, hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives on problem‑solving, stakeholder engagement and driving successful technology adoption.
Qualifications
 * Educated to A level / Degree or equivalent (desirable).
 * Azure certifications and Agile experience are essential.
