Join Our Team as a Cluster Team Leader – Supported Living (Driver Essential) Location: Birmingham (B31) Salary: £14.22 per hour Hours: 37.5 per week Requirement: Full, clean UK driving licence own vehicle Lead with Purpose. Your Role: Leadership That Matters As a Cluster Team Leader, you’ll be more than a manager — you’ll be a motivator, mentor, and frontline advocate for person-centred care. You’ll lead by example, guiding support teams across our Supported Living services to deliver care that changes lives. You’ll be responsible for: Inspiring and motivating your team to deliver tailored, empowering support Coordinating staff rotas, planning daily activities & leading team meetings Promoting independence, inclusion, and mental wellbeing Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, medication audits, and incident reporting Liaising with external professionals during reviews and key meetings Providing hands-on support and modelling best practices About You: Compassionate.
