Overview
As Affiliate Executive you'll be at the heart of our quest to manage our brand relationships and to secure revenue from brands, affiliate networks and performance advertising agencies. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our journey toward major affiliate relationships and partnerships.
We're looking for you if:
* You have 1 to 2 years experience working either for an affiliate network, an affiliate agency or on the publisher side managing affiliate networks.
* You're comfortable engaging with account managers, and publisher development managers.
* Ideally, you have existing relationships within the agency and affiliate realm and a talent for identifying opportunities across various categories.
* Ability to build relationships in-person & remotely with the world’s largest performance marketing agencies & affiliate platforms such as Awin, Partnerize, Impact and Acceleration Partners.
* Deep experience and knowledge of affiliate marketing, how affiliate networks operate and performance/affiliate marketing and advertising.
What You\'ll Be Working On:
* Managing and optimizing existing accounts/campaigns for maximum performance and overall growth.
* Nurturing and expanding brand and agency partnerships for performance marketing and activation opportunities.
* Establishing a reliable process for weekly/monthly revenue forecasting to monitor the business and communicate it with the wider brand and operations team.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
* Keeping a watchful eye on the market to identify emerging opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
* Building and retaining a portfolio of agencies working with high-profile brands that meet our ideal customer profiles.
* Onboarding brands and platform to our processes and our offering - you will work closely with them to ensure they not only understand how Endurance Zone works but also have a detailed understanding of all our campaign types, so that you can accurately present different opportunities to brands, platforms and agencies.
* Regularly reviewing and assessing relationships to maximize value back to Endurance Zone.
* Nurturing relationships so they can become Endurance Zone champions - not only will this reflect in the way they present Endurance Zone, but we want to be top of mind for when new opportunities from their clients come along.
* Analyzing/reviewing existing business and building relationships with top existing partners.
* Formulating a documented strategy for revenue retention, scalability, and growth as well as identifying key performance markers/milestones.
* Establishing a regular cadence of reporting to inform stakeholders on the overall performance of the agency partnerships broken down by key metrics, business drivers, opportunities, market trends, and growth opportunities.
* Cultivating and nurturing relationships, making Endurance Zone the preferred partner for performance and activation discussions.
* Growing/expanding Endurance Zone’s presence with top affiliate/performance agencies through regular meetings, conferences, and education.
