Membership & Loyalty Sales Manager
Sales leader, pickleball enthusiast
Internally, this role will be known as Head of Topflight. Topflight is the name of our loyalty programme here at Mad Swans. Membership sales experience is essential for this role.
You bring your expertise, enthusiasms, and curiosities; and well provide you with a space to play.

Mad Swans is looking for a full-time Head of Topflight to join our budding team. Youll be the first person to step into these shoes and shape this brand-new role based at our first site: Mad Swans in the Mendips.
Mad Swans in the Mendips is located in Farrington Gurney near to Bristol & Bath.

The Potting Shed proudly boasts a menu of refreshing takes on Brasserie classics while, in The Hangout, the focus is on shareable plates with no compromise on flavour. But wherever guests find themselves, from course to court, the meadow to the orchard, theyre never far from a plate of something delicious to satisfy any craving. And, for evenings that go on forever, an Eco Cabin for the night is only a starlit walk through the wilderness away.

What there is to it
The Head of Topflight will proactively sell credit bundles of our Mad Swans loyalty scheme called Topflight.
This is a brand-new role within the Mad Swans team which will be selling an exciting brand-new product to the market.
The primary target audience for this loyalty scheme and product is corporate businesses and in line with this, we have extremely ambitious plans and sales targets. This role will also drive individual sales, too.
The key duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
Pro-actively sell the Mad Swans Topflight loyalty scheme and product to corporate businesses as well as individual guests
Achieving an ambitious sales revenue target and budget
Work closely with our Commercial Team to create an exciting and compelling deck in relation to the Mad Swans Topflight loyalty scheme and product
Map out a sales process for our Mad Swans Loyalty scheme and product
Identify who the right people are in each business before reaching out to them
Approach each business, present Topflight and create excitement around this new product and offering unique to Mad Swans
Create significant interest and multiple sales leads at pace
Showcase Mad Swans to corporate businesses and follow up promptly with sales leads and enquiries
Convert enquiries and sales leads to confirmed sales
Upsell sales and credit bundles where possible
Relationship management to secure further and ongoing sales
Attend relevant conferences and exhibitions in order to showcase both Mad Swans and Topflight and to create new sales leads
Drive further and future sales with corporate businesses
Update and maintain the CRM system
Monthly reporting and reconciliation
Liaising with the Finance Team to ensure payments are received in a timely manner
Internal and external client/customer entertainment, including events and taster sessions onsite to drive interest and excitement for our brand
This is a full-time permanent position and will predominantly work Monday to Friday. The OTE for this role is £60,000/annum and the base salary for this role is £35,000/annum.
Location this is an onsite role and will be located at Mad Swans in the Mendips, Marsh Lane, Farrington Gurney, Bristol, BS39 6TS.
Working Hours the working hours will generally be core office hours, however, occasional evenings and weekend work maybe required at times.
Working Days this role will predominantly work Monday to Friday.
Who were looking for
We are looking for a Head of Topflight who is:
A proven and experienced sales manager, including membership and loyalty schemes
Experienced in terms of delivering a sales target and budget in excess of £1 million/annum
Results driven and driven to achieve ambitious sales revenue targets
Excited about launching and actively selling a new membership and loyalty scheme
Able to present a new product and loyalty scheme to the market very quickly
Comfortable working in a start-up business and environment
Highly successful at opening doors, engaging with potential corporate customers and creating strong sales leads
Excellent at establishing strong relationships with potential corporate customers
Efficient at following up with potential corporate customers
An excellent communicator and negotiator
Strong organisational skills and able to multi-task
Confident, outgoing and well-presented
Happy to be hands-on in a standalone sales role
Self-driven and highly motivated
Happy and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Proactive, positive and resilient by nature
Solutions driven
Comfortable working in a very fast paced environment
