This is a key role within the Aftersales department, working in a fast-paced main dealer environment. We are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our Aftersales team at Bristol Volkswagen.
Reporting directly to the Head of Aftersales, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient, high-quality servicing and repairs, while driving workshop performance and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
* Proven experience in a Workshop Controller role within a main dealer environment
* Strong leadership and people-management skills
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
* Confident using workshop management systems
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A team-focused approach with a technical and problem-solving background
