Open to all Falkirk Council residents, who are looking to gain a qualification in work. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will provide a welcoming front‑of‑house experience, whilst supporting the wider team with administrative tasks, supporting efficient day‑to‑day operations within the office. The Apprentice will require the ability to deal with customers in a courteous manner. The Apprentice will be required to always maintain confidentiality. The Apprentice will have good communication and IT skills. The Apprentice will have the ability to work under pressure and be able to work with other colleagues in the team. The Apprentice will be required to complete training and a qualification whilst in work.
