DSE & Enablement Healthy Working Advisor EDP is partnering with a large, complex organisation across Ireland to support healthy, inclusive, and accessible ways of working. We are seeking an experienced DSE & Enablement Healthy Working Advisor to support employees across Ireland through high-quality assessments and enablement solutions. Location: Dublin (Onsite with client)Employer: EDPContract: Full-time, permanent You will deliver DSE Healthy Working, Enablement, and New & Expectant Mother assessments, supporting employees with a wide range of health, ergonomic, and accessibility needs. This role involves a blend of remote delivery and on-site engagement, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct DSE Healthy Working and Enablement assessments in line with Irish health & safety legislation Deliver assessments remotely via video and in person as required Identify risks, recommend ergonomic and reasonable adjustments, and document outcomes clearly Case manage enablement support, including specialist referrals where appropriate Provide practical advice on workstation setup, comfort, and injury prevention Liaise with HR, Health & Safety, Office Operations, and Technology teams Support awareness of accessibility tools and inclusive working practices Manage workload effectively to meet agreed service levels Maintain high standards of confidentiality and employee care About You You will be a confident advisor with a calm, empathetic approach and the ability to support employees with complex or sensitive needs. You’ll bring: Strong knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation and DSE best practice Experience delivering DSE Healthy Working assessments within a corporate setting Familiarity with DSE assessment platforms (e.g. Cardinus or similar) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence working independently while contributing to a wider team Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word) Why Join EDP?
