Building Surveyor – Liverpool
(1–2 years’ experience | Structured APC support | Real career growth)
You’ve got a year or two under your belt and a good sense of what you enjoy — proper technical surveying, some client contact, maybe a project or two with your name on it. Now you’re looking for an environment that’ll actually build you into the surveyor you want to become.
I’m working with one of the UK’s most respected property consultancies — multi-disciplinary, well-structured, and with a genuinely supportive culture. They’ve been expanding steadily across their regional offices, and Liverpool’s team is continuing to grow off the back of a strong pipeline.
You’d be working on a varied mix — commercial, education, healthcare, heritage — with senior surveyors and associates who’ve been through exactly the same development path you’re on now. The training is structured but flexible; the mentoring is hands-on; and the projects give you the breadth you need to smash your APC.
