Job Title: Care Assistant
Location: Bridgnorth
Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time, Flexible
Salary: £13.45 per hour (weekdays), £13.80 per hour (weekends) + travel time & mileage
Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence & access to vehicle required

Responsibilities
* Provide personalised care to older people in their own homes
* Assist with transport, shopping, medication support, personal care and dementia care
* Support residents to live their best life for as long as possible
* Follow care plans and maintain accurate records
* Participate in induction, mentorship and ongoing training
Qualifications
* Right to work in the UK
* UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle with Business use car insurance
* No prior experience required; prior care experience considered an advantage (caregiver, care home assistant, support worker, healthcare assistant, etc.)
* Commitment to providing compassionate, honest, warm and supportive care
