A Cover Administrator plays a very important role in being responsible for the effective and efficient management of teacher cover across the college. They assess cover requirements, allocate suitable teaching staff (including agency-sourced staff), and ensure fair distribution of duties in line with college policies. This role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, being the key point of contact between departments, cover staff, and external recruitment agencies.
Initially, this post is fixed term until July 2027
