Our Sheffield based team are looking for a back-office administrator to join their growing team.
For this role own transport is a must due to the location of the office.
We are looking for someone that has a confident telephone manner and can work diligently inputting data, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Experience working within a financial services background would be beneficial but not essential.
Role responsibilities:
Liaising with clients both via email and phone
Inputting weekly hours onto the system
Setting up workers and placements
Calculating margin reports
Credit control/posting daily payments. Updating clients on limits, sending out statements
Downloading tax codes from hmrc.
Assisting with onboarding process for new clients
Credit checks
Adhoc admin duties
