About the role
Connex Education are seeking a Primary Teacher to cover a range of different bookings in schools across the Wirral and the surrounding areas.
We will have a range of different bookings varying from day-to-day supply covering sickness; full-day and half-day PPA cover; part-time and full-time long-term bookings; weekly course and subject-lead cover.
As a Primary Teacher you will be enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable. You will be confident in delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and 2.
As a Primary Teacher, your key responsibilities will be:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects.
* Adhere to the school’s marking scheme, behaviour policy etc.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Adapt quickly to different teaching environments – have resource packs available and back-up lessons.
* Maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

Person Specification
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential, or in the process of achieving QTS.
* Relevant experience working in a primary school setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to provide a new one.
