Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an Embroidery Machine Operative to join a growing team based in Shipley (BD18). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sewing machine use who is looking to develop new skills in a supportive environment. Full training will be provided on embroidery machines.
Key Responsibilities of Embroidery Machine Operative:
Operate industrial embroidery machines to complete customer orders.
Follow order instructions accurately, including thread colours, placements, and garment types.
Use computer-based embroidery software (training provided).
Inspect garments for accuracy and quality before and after embroidery.
Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
Assist with packing and general duties as required.Requirements:
Previous experience using a sewing machine (domestic or industrial).
High attention to detail - quality and precision are essential.
Basic to medium computer skills - able to navigate simple software and input data.
Ability to read and understand order forms.
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a small team.What We Offer:
