We are supporting a manufacturing company operating in a high-volume production environment, currently looking for hands-on engineers to strengthen its technical team.
The role is focused on diagnosing production issues, optimizing machine performance, performing adjustments and supporting tooling changes, ensuring efficient and stable operations.
This is a shop-floor engineering role, not a maintenance or office-based position.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and resolve production and process issues on machinery
* Perform machine adjustments and optimization to improve output and efficiency
* Support and execute tooling and mold changes
* Work closely with operators and production teams
* Identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement improvements
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure stable production performance in a fast-paced environment
Profile Requirements
* Degree or background in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
* Experience in manufacturing / production environments
* Strong ability to analyze, troubleshoot and optimize processes
* Hands-on mindset – comfortable working directly on the shop floor
* Experience with machinery adjustments, tooling or process improvement
* Good level of English (required)
