About the Role
Were looking for a reliable and hardworking Despatch Operative.In this role, youll be responsible for picking, preparing, and dispatching finished products to customers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high standards at all times.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where teamwork and attention to detail are essential to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Pick and prepare products in line with customer orders
* Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
* Check quantities, batch codes, and documentation for accuracy
* Label, wrap, and store pallets correctly
* Complete despatch paperwork and update systems accurately
* Follow FIFO and stock rotation processes
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and health & safety
* Keep warehouse and despatch areas clean and organised
* Work closely with production and warehouse teams to meet deadlines
What Were Looking For
