What we expect from you:
Join JoJo, a unique retail environment where each store has its own character. Our focus is on building strong relationships with our customers through excellent service. You'll guide, inform, and assist customers in purchasing our products, from maternity wear to baby carriers, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
In our digital retail world, you'll also handle Omni-Channel orders, including Ship from Store and Click & Collect options, taking ownership of preparing and shipping these orders daily.
A day in the life includes:
* Assisting customers with diverse needs, such as bra fitting or demonstrating products.
* Preparing and liaising on Omni-Channel orders.
* Using digital platforms for continuous learning and skill development.
* Engaging with new products and increasing sales opportunities.
* Listening actively to customer needs and providing optimal solutions.
* Maintaining store appearance and standards.
Work schedule: A typical week involves 3 shifts of 4 hours, with flexibility to adapt to store requirements.
Candidate requirements:
* Retail, customer service, and sales experience.
* Proficient IT skills and quick learner of new systems.
* Ability to learn product details and communicate effectively.
* Self-motivated with a curiosity for learning.
* Strong listening skills, empathy, and understanding customer needs.
* Ability to work harmoniously within a team.
* Flexibility to work in a retail environment open 7 days a week.
* Attention to detail to maintain store standards.
