An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Billings Branch Manager, who can lead from the front to re-establish the branch to the next level. The ideal candidate will have proven recruitment sales ability and hands-on managerial skills to maintain and develop a team of recruitment consultants and support staff.
The proactive manager will be heavily involved in maintaining current business levels and developing new clients. The branch is well established, offering an excellent opportunity to forge a career with the support of a trusted and recognized name in the industry.
You will inherit an established dual desk (temporary and permanent) with solid earning potential and opportunities to earn from the outset!
As a Billings Branch Manager, you will:
1. Develop and run the branch to drive profit and achieve sustainable growth.
2. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
3. Develop your own business while leading a small team of consultants, resourcing, and admin staff.
4. Motivate your team to achieve their full potential and increase branch revenue.
5. Provide professional recruitment services to clients and candidates.
6. Actively engage with candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, outreach marketing, and headhunting.
7. Win and develop new business through sales calls and client visits.
8. Work closely with Directors to meet business objectives.
9. Ensure alignment with company systems and processes within the branch.

Applicants must have previous recruitment experience gained in an agency setting.
Ideally, you will come from a commercial recruitment background, either from a managerial or senior/principal role with team leadership experience.
Candidates must be based within a commutable distance of Epsom, Surrey.
