About Us AskJules is a family business that provides a Lifestyle Management service to our clients who are university students with complex physical disabilities and require 24-hour care whilst living independently in student halls at university and in their own homes during the holidays. With our support, clients are able to employ their own Personal Assistants (PAs) to provide their personal, health and social care as well as their academic support at university. About the Job: To maintain Head Office services by organising office operations and procedures, Provide first class administrative support and assistance to our clients, with key focus on employee related documents and data input. Preparing and on occasion assist with clients weekly payroll, Dealing with correspondence and queries from clients, PAs, universities, local authorities and NHS. Designing internal filing systems, Reviewing internal systems, Carrying out, assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Keep management informed by creating, reviewing and analysing special reports, summarising information, and identifying areas for improvement. About You: The ideal candidate will be a focused and professional individual with a good head on their shoulders who understands employment law and how to best implement guidance in any given situation whilst keeping the human element. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to articulate thoughts and express ideas effectively to multiple audiences, as well as to listen for meaning and understanding. The ability to apply sound judgement, identify and appropriately manage risk. To proficiently use IT, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suite.
